Centenary Bank Masaka Donates Bike to Bukasa

In an effort to promote the mission of the Church in Masaka Diocese, Centenary Bank has donated to the Bishop of Masaka, Rt. Rev. Bishop Serverus Jjumba, one Yamaha Sport 125 motorcycle. The motorcycle is meant to facilitate the transportation of the priests of the parish of Bukasa which is located in the Islands of Ssese in Lake Victoria. Bukasa Center has been in establishment for a period of two years to facilitate Christians on the island and nearby areas to receive the Sacraments more easily.

Centenary Bank donated the motorcycle after the Bishop saw the need of these priests of God and approached the management of Centenary Bank in this regard and they responded positively. The motorcycle was handed over to him by the Head of the Masaka Branch, Mr. Deogratius Mutebi, along Edward Avenue.

Bukasa is the second largest island in the Nalubaale after Buggala. Both islands are located in the district of Kalangala.
