Kitovu parish one of the 64 parishes in the diocese held a ceremony to confirm over 1079 children in the Catholic at a ceremony conducted at Our Lady of Sorrows Cathedral in Kitovu.
The main celebrant of the day was the Bishop of Masaka Diocese, Rt. Rev. Serverus Jjumba assisted by the new Chancellor of the Diocese, the clergy in charge of schools, and other religious servants of God. A total of 1079 children were confirmed in the Catholic faith.
